Our new Attorney General is on record saying that the 2nd Amendment does NOT give individual people any right to own guns. Put that together with President Obama's picks for judges and you've got some trouble ahead for the right wingers who love their guns so much

you didn't seem to catch my drift on my other post..MANY DEMOCRATS own guns also..so if the Obama wants to cut his own throat for reelection, let him..It won't make me sad.

interesting, the judicial branch is worthless, stare decisis is worthless....so long as we can stuff the court with politicians who rule in our favor....

kind of makes the judicial branch nearly worthless with your logic
