Coroprate Greed is not a part of every company.

Some companies act like decent citizens.

You guys want laws and regs that benifit the ones who will do ANYTHING to make money.

What the Fuck do you think happens to our market when the assholes who will do anything get a boost over the decent guys because you legalize practices that should be illegal?

The guys who will do ANYTHING beat the shit out of the decent guys who refuse to act like scumbags.

And when you claim we need all these new regulations do you think they effect just a few companies or all companies?

Many/most companies do/did their accounting accurately and with integrity. Yet Sarbenes-Oxley hits those companies just as hard as they do companies that were cheating.

Um, not at all. I was responding to what YOU said Desh. YOU said there are good corps. I agree there are a lot. YOU want many new regulations. I said regulations meant to punish a few have far reaching effects and can punish good law abiding companies. Essentially saying regulations meant to "punish" a few companies need to take into account its potential effect on the good companies.

Its not punishing anyone you tainwallow. Its about creating laws to keep the assholes from ruining the whole game for everyone.

You see its just like every fucking other place people interact in large numbers, If you dont make rules assholes will DO ANYTHING while the decent people dont need the rules to keep them from harming everyone.
 
And they sould like they care about their customers and are willing to toss a little money up front for long term customer loyalty.

Good business plan for the long term.
