Calm down. You need to learn the difference between evidence and confirmation bias.
A larger percentage of black Americans are arrested for marijuana than are white people. That's a statistic, but it's not "evidence of racism." To say so is actually confirmation bias.

Why do you think blacks and whites smoke pot at the same rates? But even if it's true, it doesn't prove racism. Correlation is not causation.
If institutionalized racism is still a thing in America, then why aren't other minority groups, like Asian Americans, being disproportionately arrested for smoking pot?

Systematic racism did exist in the US. Slavery existed. So did segregation.
But now that such things are outlawed, how do you differentiate between "systematic racism" versus individual racists with authority? And what more can be done when the racism is a matter of individuals acting wrongly?
Also, how do you determine if someone is racist without explicit evidence? What makes a white cop attacking a black suspect inherently racist? Is it also racist when a white cop does the same exact thing to a white suspect?
Remember "Don't tase me, bro"? That was a white security officer using excessive force on a white student. If the student had been black, would it suddenly be racist?
