Actually, your first sentence is quite true. It will be a return to business as usual in DC. The bureaucrats and the government will steamroll ahead with no regard for the average American. Corporate America will be pleased with this as it suits their agenda.
The Middle Class, small business, and the average American will once again be screwed and unrepresented by government.

Compared to the fascism of Trump, Corporate America is a welcome relief.
Plus, 'Climate Change' will be addressed (rather than calling it a 'Chinese Hoax') and 'Health Care' will be brought again to front and center (rather than some 'Trump Plan' that NEVER materialized).

When you cite The Constitution it's a good idea to link or quote the language you mean, such as this (I assume you mean) from Article II:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."

The Trump campaign filed dozens of lawsuits challenging various ballot rules adopted in light of the pandemic and for other reasons. None of these rules changed the "Number of Electors". None were found to be in violation of state statutes governing the choice of electors by popular vote as adopted by the legislatures. Why is it you people can't accept the clear and repeated verdicts of the courts?
