Incorrect and insignificant. It is mildly amusing (for a very short moment) that respect is mentioned.
Your view just became utterly irrelevant because you can't express it in a respectful way. It is imperative for functional discourse that the participants recognize the rights of one another to their own views about the national issues and refrain from making things personal. (which accomplishes nothing)
I understand that the lack of rules leads to a forum which becomes mostly a collection of disgruntled people calling each other names.
That's fine for people who can't relate to others IRL, and gravitate to chat rooms to vent their frustrations. It is to be expected. And for those caught up in the mundane, that becomes a sad and endless pointless loop.
For those who seek to make the best of the time they spend here, and we certainly do exist, it is logical to filter out the abrasiveness, scroll past it, and seek out only the higher quality posts.
For that reason, your name has been added to my permanent Ignore List with zero chance of ever being removed.
