here you see the kid brandishing and menacing people as the cops rolled up, after they were told by 911 dispatch that a man with a gun was menacing people.
the 911 operator is at fault. not the cops who for all they knew was rolling up on an active shooter situation.
that's called being objective. now, explain why these cops were wrong to shoot Tamir rice based on the information they recieved about an armed person menacing with a gun, but the capitol police employee was right shooting an unarmed protestor.
