So you are arguing cops had no way of knowing if ashli was armed so it was a good shoot.


You are also arguing cops were told a kid was menacing with a gun, they see the gun, had no way of knowing if it was real or not, so it was a bad shoot.

She is clearly moving with purpose and starts to go through the window into the Speaker's Lobby which is barricaded. Clearly, the people were told to leave by officers who they were threatening. The audio is pretty clear as to those threats.

This happened this last summer? Hmm..... What world do you live in?

The shooter in that case was not a lib'rul terrorist. He was an army veteran. His actions were horrific but they were hardly part of the protest. He was not part of BLM or Antifa. If the actions of a lone gunman can be attributed to the mob then I guess we have a lot of RW shooters to blame on Republicans.

The facts remain :
Police officers killed by BLM - 0
Police officers killed by Antifa - 0
Police officers killed by Trump supporters after a Trump rally - 1.

here you see the kid brandishing and menacing people as the cops rolled up, after they were told by 911 dispatch that a man with a gun was menacing people.

the 911 operator is at fault. not the cops who for all they knew was rolling up on an active shooter situation.

that's called being objective. now, explain why these cops were wrong to shoot Tamir rice based on the information they recieved about an armed person menacing with a gun, but the capitol police employee was right shooting an unarmed protestor.
