I don't expect anybody to suddenly change. Words of wisdom often take time to sink in. I just put them out there so they can be seen. They need to be seen. When people are ready to transcend, they might recall my words, think about it again, maybe take a different path.

I wonder how many on the left here would be upset if Justice Thomas was unarmed and shot dead by a policeman. Or his wife for that matter. Would the left allow BLM to riot? Would BLM even make a comment on it?

Of course I don't see what many of the nasty ones are saying because anybody that was ever nasty to me is on my rather sizable Ignore List.

As far as I am concerned if people are going to try to get personal with me because of my political views they are not worth talking to.

But then I come here to talk about politics.

Not to get into pointless food fights.

I don't spend all day here so I don't have time to get into insult contests. I prefer posts of substance. I come in, scroll past all the garbage, find something that actually interests me, make my comment, move on. If it causes me to do some research to learn about what I'm commenting on then I might spend more time doing that than posting. I'm here to learn. I'm not trying to convince anybody of anything. I put my thoughts out there. If it is something that interests someone else and it stirs a good conversation, great. If not, maybe somebody else will see it and appreciate it but I never know. That's OK too. Maybe it is of no interest to anybody else. That's useful too. That tells me what people find interesting and what they don't want to think about even if I find it interesting.

It’s a very easy way to see the tide of thought

The articles that certain people use that I would never otherwise be exposed to


Coming here I can clearly see the tact the opposition is taking


I’m am also here to provide the proof of facts


The human mind gravitates to certain ques

To reach the most minds you have to entertain them

Catch their eye

Make them chuckle

Make them mad enough to hold their attention so they read the content enough to answer

My whole reason for being on the internets is to give the facts as much exposure to as many eyes as I can

It’s a public service


I know invective is annoying to you

I respect you so I try to explain my aims and tactics to you

At some point we may be able to discuss more in depth some issues
