The recent Georgia results are statewide, so there is no way to gerrymander them. Lower government results are gerrymandered in Georgia, but that is certainly not by Democrats. Republicans have done a lot of gerrymandering by themselves.

US attorneys do not make gerrymandering decisions. That is state legislators.

Sedition is not free speech.

Lying about the election is sedition.

Therefore, lying about the election is not protected speech.

Would love to hear an argument that lying about our election is free speech, after the events of Wednesday where those lies incited an insurrection. It's tantamount to screaming "FIRE" in a crowded theater. 5 people have died so far because of it.
