But the state legislature did not file those contested votes so they have no constitutional authority. Remember, that is the plenary power of state legislatures.
Who made the decision to filed contested? The Republican party?
Who within the state of Georgia filed the contested electors and who did they file them with?

There has been no legislative action in any of these states. The GA, MI, NV, AZ, and NM legislatures are not even in session.
You are claiming state legislatures not even in session have taken legislative action for which you have no record of. Since the state legislatures took no action none of those contested electoral votes is constitutional. Also, how can they contest electoral votes which you claim will not even be cast until Jan 6.
