I believe Andrew Johnson - infinitely worse than Trump - followed on the heels of the worst president in US history; Trump doesn't even crack the Top 20 worst, and in fact is likely the best since Carter, though this is saying very little. The belief that Trump is somehow worst is so vile, so bad, so ignorant & so pathetic that it defies belief, and anyone who embraces such hysterical idiocy should never vote.

Trump is kind of a pig, but also very likely the best president since the back to back of Ford & Carter - two of our best ever.

For all his bullying and bluster, Trump's a fundamentally decent man who did much good (along with some vile deeds like persecuting Assange, allowing Obama's horror show in Yemen to continue, and increasing sanctions on Iran, not to mention Venezuela), not the least of which was saying NO! to new wars.

His dovish refusal to expand or initiate further imperial warfare was the single biggest reason he was so ruthlessly targeted by Democrat psychopaths & their high presstitutes, both being dupes and servants of the PermaState.

We live in the post truth world, so many, particularly our failed elite class, believe what is fashionable to believe.....a lot of them......even those who graduate from our "elite" universities...... have no clue how to figure out where the truth is for themselves.....nor do they want to.....that is too much work and is too hard on the Ego.

The staff (OMB) puts it together but unless the president makes changes those become the president's budget requests. Congress gave him almost exactly the amount he requested for foreign aid, Kennedy Center, etc.

You obviously have no clue how the budget works. Those numbers were in the president's budget requests to Congress. Most budgets pass with relatively few changes from what the president requested.
