you seriously can't be that naive.........if the democrats really wanted that to happen, they'd have done it when they had both chambers and the white house..................the only reason they passed this now is they know it won't get past the republican majority senate............politics pure and simple because very few of those democrats in the house want marijuana legalized. there's too much money to be made by property confiscations.........

The inexorable force of progress. Republicans always have on the brakes. But we are chugging along
with a 5.9 liter V8 geared for torque. Nothing stopping us. Weed being illegal is already sounding archaic.
In 20 years Republicans will probably be taking the pro weed pledge and guns will be outlawed instead.:laugh:

You never hear about angry potheads hurting people, but you sure do hear of gun nuts on killing sprees.
