35% of Americans Could Lose Their Home in Next Two Months, Census Report Says

Dear fucking idiot

You can not pretend your side doesn’t lap the ass of the wealthy

Your whole economic outlook on the right is about doing what’s best for the people who own most of the wealth

Mussolini already played that game

It only works once

Fuck you very much

And at the end of the day you are STILL a pathetic beggar. Always will be,.... its who you are.

I'm saying we'd be better off if Progressive Leftist Democrats weren't running anything.
You're avoiding the question. I'm guessing it's because you don't want to admit Trump fucked this up beyond all recognition. Trump's legacy will be up to 500,000 dead Americans on his watch.

Both parties are authoritarian. Since it's nearly impossible and very impractical to get rid of them the next best solution is to play them against each other in a balanced manner to prevent either from increasing their domination of Americans.

Imagine the MSM's response if the three worst states for COVID deaths were say...

Florida
Texas
Arizona

The MSM would be all over this like stink on shit pointing out the failure of Republican politicians to "do something" in their states. But, we hear crickets when it's three Democrat run states that are leading the death pack. Hell, Cuomo keeps getting praised by the MSM-- they even gave him a goddamned Pulitzer Prize! Yet it's his totally fucked up leadership that put New York in second place in the death count nationally.

People are waking up to this shit from Democrats however. De Blasio is easily the most hated politician in America today. New Yorkers are protesting in the streets his lockdown demands. Gavin Newsome is headed to a recall election in the near future for his handling of California. What's her name in Michigan is absolutely despised and looking at being tossed out of office. Across the country, Democrat politicians at the state and local level are facing a firestorm of backlash against their heavy-handed policies on COVID.

Oh, to get ahead of the game here: If Joke Biden calls for a national mask and lockdown mandate he can shove it up his ass sideways. I'll ignore his stupid blathering and go on doing what I'm doing, no changes.

Hello Dutch Uncle,

You know as well as I do that the number of opinions in any group are often equal to the number of members. Decisions are made by consensus. If the consensus consistently goes against some members, they have a choice to continue with the group or consider alternative solutions.

That point aside, you and I also know that, realistically, national elections are often binary choices regardless if a person is a member of that party or not. For this reason, the 40% of the voting population that are independents are often the key to candidates winning or losing an election.

The question still comes down to whether people should vote for their own benefit or the benefit of the greater whole.

All that said, how do you explain the fact the approval rating of Congress is consistently low? https://news.gallup.com/poll/1600/congress-public.aspx

Because of government corruption and big money influence in Congress. With a side of apathy.

People want to see change but they don't want to roll up their own shirt sleeves to make it happen. They say they feel like they have no voice, that their representatives don't listen to them. They decry that the rich get what they want out of Congress but average citizens do not.

Enter apathy:

After becoming disgusted with Congress, people put the distaste out of their every day thoughts and go about their lives. 2 years go by and they find themselves voting for the lessor of two evils once again. They are particularly disgusted with other people's representative, but since they often voted for their own, they find ways to soften their stance on their own representative, whom they view with slightly more favorability.

They know big money rules Congress but they are frustrated that it seems the laws controlling big money influence of Congress will never change because the Congress members who would need to vote for those changes are on the receiving end of the largess.

And that is why, sooner or later, people are going to realize the changes have to come from the bottom up. Congress is never going to change itself and suddenly become more responsive.

Sooner or later people are going to realize that we have to pass the

American Anti-Corruption Act

"The American Anti-Corruption Act is model policy that sets a framework for city, state and federal laws to fix our broken political system. It fundamentally reshapes the rules of American politics and restores the people as the most important stakeholders in our political system. An Anti-Corruption Act has three primary goals:

Stop political bribery so special interests can’t use job offers and donations to influence politicians.
End secret money so people know who’s buying political power.
Fix our broken elections so the people, not the political establishment, are the ones in control."

We, the people, can do an end-run around Congress by passing the AACA at the local level. That's where it begins. Do it at the local level first, then when enough localities have passed it, it can be passed at the State level. Then, when enough States have passed it, voters will be sending pro-AACA representatives to Congress. After enough of Congress is pro AACA, it can pass at the federal level.

If that sounds too far fetched, I'd like to hear a better idea.

Remember. Congress is never going to vote against big money influence as long as they are on the take.

Will this take a long time?

Yes. Of course it will. Maybe longer than any of us will live. Maybe not.

Will it be worth it?

Well, do you appreciate any of the things done by the founders and builders of America who are now long gone?

To me, this is worth fighting for, even if I never personally see it. Because good ideas outlive good people.

So, Russians are all racist?

That sounds, you know kind of prejudiced.

All the Russians that are racists are racists

That is why I said the racists Russians you fucking idiot

When your mommy told your sister “I love you” she was not telling you she didn’t love you.

It’s why you think Black Lives Matter means only Black Lives Matter

Its part of your miswired brain

You can’t understand love

You are a sociopath

Lol. Like Germany?

In many ways Germany is fucked up like a soup sandwich today. We could start with Energiewende their going Green energy program. Germany is emitting more CO2 today than ten years ago. Their grid is unstable, and they've squandered over a trillion dollars on all that. German pellet stove use is denuding Northern European forests for fuel.

Germany's illegal immigration problems make the US look like we don't have any illegal immigration at all.

Germany is totally hosed because of the Left.

Actually, I avoided answering a complex question fallacy because that's how you worded it.

Aside from that, I don't think Trump "...fucked this up beyond all recognition." I think morons like Cuomo and De Blasio, Newsome, and the like did. Cuomo is clearly and singularly responsible for New York's high death rates stemming from his policy early on of putting active COVID patients in nursing homes.

The latter isn't a scientific conclusion. In reality, after that initial mistake, Cuomo's policies led to NY being the national leader in limiting the spread by summer.

Which is why trump refused to be a leader and just sat there and told the states to fix it

So he and you assholes could blame the states

The anti-corruption action is one way, but it won't work against apathy.

In the end, I think it will work out, just not as fast as some people like you and I would prefer.

You had the option to break it out or dissect it however you pleased. You chose not to do so for an obvious reason: you like Trump and hate Democrats.

Sure, two liberal governors could have certainly done better, but how does that excuse Trump's fuck ups as President? The other 48 states?

The latter isn't a scientific conclusion. In reality, after that initial mistake, Cuomo's policies led to NY being the national leader in limiting the spread by summer.

Actually, that isn't true at all. New York continues to have a high rate of cases and deaths. The lockdowns there haven't accomplished what they were supposed to do.

On the other hand, it's now estimated that about 25% of all small business in New York will be gone. Officially, unemployment is now at about 10% there, triple what it was pre-COVID. The state is hemorrhaging population with over 70,000 leaving since COVID hit. The state is looking at a $30 billion + loss of income and tax base. De Blasio in an idiotic statement is telling the federal government he needs billions in taxpayer money to keep NYC afloat because taxes from his (and Cuomo's) massive lockdowns and restrictions on business have crippled the city.

Here's an idiot policy from De Blasio... NYC restaurants can tack on a 10% surcharge to patron's bills to cover COVID costs... What? These restaurants couldn't alter their pricing to cover it? Does NYC have restaurant price controls like rent control or something?

No. Because this is a state problem, not a federal government problem. Each state can best decide for itself what to do and tailor their response to local conditions like it should be handled. A national one-size-fits-all policy would have been disastrous. If Joke Biden tries it, it will be obvious almost immediately that such a policy won't work.
