Americans don't seem to approve of Trump just sitting around watching TV all day and tweeting deranged stuff about election fraud.

Maybe they would be more impressed if he actually tried to do some work.

Like speeding up the shipments of vaccine? Trump promised a plan and now there seems to be little interest by him in having a plan.

Also notice he refuses to take the vaccine in public like Pence did.

Maybe not. Even so, as a leader, even if Trump was immune, he should still take the vaccine to assuage fears "his" vaccine is safe.
