This certainly does not claim that killing is glorious.

As He died to make men holy
Let us die to make men free,

This talks about Christ dying for us, and about us dying to free men, but it certainly doesn't call killing glorious.

While God is marching on.
Glory, glory, hallelujah!

This talks about glory to God, but not glory in killing.
