Why banning hate speech is counterproductve

You believe it too, you said it yourself. Blacks have been kept out of the qb spot, so one in a qb generates extra attention. Simple. Reconcile yourself with your own beliefs.

Naw dude.

I don't belong in any category with you.

Traditionally, no more than two blacks at a time where allowed to be on the basketball court at the same time .. what does that have to do with today, where there might be two white players on the court at the same time .. and if there are, they're probably from Europe.

Point is, by the time the fat drug addict made his racist comment about McNabb, there were lots of black quarterbacks in the league. My comment spoke to the racist tradition, not the NFL of today.

Hey, isn't it time for you to go turn on the radio and get your next talking points .. especially since this one has failed so miserably?

:)

Are you done? Have you learned to accept even your own thoughts?

Nope, not done yet.

Enjoying your inability to keep up, or address ANYTHING put to you.

Is this beyond your paygrade .. "My comments addressed the racist tradition, not the NFL of today."

Too deep for ya', eh?

Hate speech is the language of morons .. understanding much better your attraction to it.

You're backpedalling. It's lame.

Wrong again my brother.

Sticking the cyber-boot up your ass is fun .. especially now that I know where you're coming from.

Let me demonstrate how much fun this is ..

It was racism that prevented blacks from becoming quarterbacks in the first place .. as it has been the impediment throughtout all American sports. Supposedly blacks weren't "cerebral" enough to be quarterback.

In fact, sports heroes who played when black participation was limited or denied should all have asterisks by their name because they were not necessarily the best in the game, just the best among those who were allowed to play the game.

Prior to Limbaugh's racist comment, Doug Williams had already won a Super Bowl and a black quarterback was the highest paid player in the NFL and there were at least 10 other black QB's in the game.

There was no reason for Limbaugh to interject his ignorant racist comment .. but the network was already aware this idiot may go off the deep end and wouldn't be able to temper his racist view .. so they put a clause in his contract that allowed them to fire him on the spot if he did it.

This surprised no one.

That's what I said about black quarterbacks in the NFL.

Did that sound as if I was talking about the tradition, or was I talking about the NFL today?

Before you say something else real stupid, pay attention to the sentence that begins with "Prior to."

But that prior to is why there is extra interest today. The clear demarcation which you assert renders this racist past meaningless does not exist.

I don't blame you for being stupid .. but you're not even an honest debater.

Even if you assumed I was talking about the NFL today, I just posted the exact words that I said which clearly shows that I was talking about the tradition .. yet now you run to goobly-gook to hide.

:whip::1up::BKick::whip:

Spankin' that ass ..

But the tradition informs current attitudes. See? You've lost another round, chum.:)
