You would be correct if you said legitimate and Constitutionally compliant POTUS elect Biden, considering there hasn't been a legitimate POTUS in four years but a 45 tyrant on a stint as a fake president.

I would think he knows this would be a very bad bad bad nasty nasty & if he plans to run again, this would doom that.......
