trump didnt have any economic failures till covid hit and it affected the entire world , under bush you need to look at what caused the housing bust such as who was managing Freddie may and fanny mac and who pushed for the banks to make certain loans to get the entire fats , regan did a great job one of the best presidents we ever had period .

Trump had an economic failure on his watch. Claiming he’s responsible for it is another matter.
If the economy improves under Biden it will only be because governors and local leaders take their collective foot off its neck. Trump’s economy was strangled and throttled through state and local government actions that occurred because of fear and misguided policy.
Similarly,‘Biden’s economy’ will be at the mercy of the medical bureaucracy and the states. He’s at the mercy of their whims on the economy—just like Trump was. The political karma will be immensely satisfying.
About the only thing Biden can do is exacerbate it by raising taxes and/or gutting the energy sector.
This he will likely do.
Chances are excellent we’re in for a rough ride the next few years at least.

Looking across the world, as it were, it’s easy to see that everything has been tried and nothing much really works. There’s a South American country [Peru?] that had a wave occur in the middle of a draconian lockdown.
If masks work, they don’t work much, because cases are spiking in places with mask mandates in place. We are living through a failed experiment that’s going on at a global scale.
