Buddhism is a life philosophy. Many, if not most Buddhists are atheist.
However, being as it does pertain to the supernatural, one could argue that it is a religion or at the very least a form of spirituality.

It posits supernatural phenomenon such as reincarnation, cosmic machinery that records our attachments and metes out our fate according the cosmic hierarchy. That is as irrational as a deity.
Should a temple receive tax exempt status? I guess that;s the real test.
Those who are Buddhists who believe in reincarnation are influenced by the Hindi. You'll see it in Tibetan Buddhism most strongly.

Yoga can be practiced as a physical exercise or as part of a meditation (involved in religion).

Absolutely insane. The yoga practiced by many people is no more a religious practice than someone drinking grape juice and eating crackers is communion.

I think nAHZi might be right, this once. Yoga may be more religion, though not necessarily Hindu, than exercise. To believe yoga is effective exercise you must first be retarded, much like you must be retarded to believe in religion or the efficacy of central planning.
Yeah, it's good for flexibility. But nobody goes to the gym stretches and hits shower. Yet, the yoga faithful often do little more than that.
Not saying it is completely worthless for conditioning. Not even Tai Chi is completely useless. But unless you are talking about some really hard core power yoga, it's not a very efficient exercise.
