Trump is leaving him a country that is more divided than ever, and with one of the worst economies we have had in decades. Like other Democrats before him (Clinton, then Obama), I expect Biden to clean up the mess & get things back on track.

Biden is unlikely to shut down everything again. But he'll do what a real leader should have been doing this whole time - encouraging & implementing common sense measures to restore consumer confidence during a pandemic.
Harris is like Clinton with even less ethics. She will literally do anything to acquire power. It's why the DNC loves her. Also, you'll notice that all of the Bush era neocons ingratiated themselves with the Democratic party over the last few years, because Trump wasn't interventionist enough for their tastes. Biden will bring us back to that, and Harris might go further than that if it means more power for her.
