What claim? The first picture of Biden at a pizza place was taken last year.
The second image of Biden's campaign ad includes that picture of Biden talking to an old woman. That particular picture is difficult to find so we do not know the date it was taken.

The second picture in Biden's campaign ad is nowhere to be found. I've tried and tried. I suspect the ad is fake.
Wrong.................Clearly Trump was dealing with the problem very publically.
