OK, just imagine for a second if a CEO was making just 400k a year. Did you know the prime minister of Singapore make like 5 million a year? And the President has to worry about so much more than his company or his small city-state. And he NEEDS a private jet with that level of protection - he's the president.
 
And the complaint that 'He doesn't have to pay taxes" on it is absurd beyond belief. THE GOVERNMENT gives him that money. It would be an absurd waste if the government gave out money and then tax it back

While I agree with you that the President should not have to pay taxes on that money. The rest of your statement is comical. Because that is exactly what the government does with government employees.

Then why do they tax the military checks? All the government employees pay income tax on their checks.
