Interesting article. It seems to have hit him hard and fast. No wonder the doctors decided an experimental treatment was their best option.

Three sources said Trump argued with his doctors on Friday after they told him he needed to be moved to Walter Reed. “He didn’t want to go to the hospital a month before the election,” a Republican close to Trump told me. Two sources said doctors gave Trump an ultimatum: he could go to the hospital while he could still walk, or doctors would be forced to take him in a wheelchair or on a stretcher at a later point if his health deteriorated. “They told him, ‘You can go now or we’re taking you later and it’s non negotiable,’” a second source close to the White House said. Trump waited to leave for the hospital until the stock market closed on Friday, a source said."

Apparently, Trump's white house ceremony for his SCOTUS nominee was a superspreader event, where Trump wilfully decided to pack people in like sardines and not require face masks.

I wonder how many people, including Biden, Trump has personally exposed to his disease?

It was only a matter of time. He was playing Russian Roulette with a pandemic. Eventually he hit on a loaded chamber and <BANG!> a bunch of infected Republicans.

What will be most damning in history will be the fact Trump knew it was a dangerous but chose to focus upon reelection instead.

It is telling that Trump was fighting tooth and nail to stay in the white house (for reasons of political optics,) which would have put his son and his staff at increased risk of catching his disease.

It's a geometric progression like Six Degrees of Separation. Basically, virtually impossible to count how many people became sick, are left with long recoveries or have died because of Trump's failure to lead the nation safely through this pandemic.

What does it tell you? It tells me that Trump is so delusional he thought he was immortal and only "the little people" would get sick. There's no doubt in my mind he was truly shocked and surprised when he popped positive.

The notion that Trump called the virus a hoax is a hoax itself. Why not support the opening post with something of merit that supports the fear mongering that you fellow lefty was doing? Presenting a known hoax that even the lefty snopes site has debunked does not help the lefty cause.

Yeah, when we heard that the other evening, we knew it was a lot worse than the Toadstool wanted to let on. No doubt he was sobbing and begging them not to let him die.

Then after that we made Weekend at Bernie's jokes. :laugh:

Life is Golden informed us early on that it would disappear over the summer for that reason. Well, seems to be incorrect. India and Brazil are right behind us, and Florida's almost as bad as NYC was early on.
