Poll: Palin popularity waning in Alaska?

A poll of Alaskans suggests that people in the Last Frontier may be souring on Sarah Palin.

The survey of 505 adults showed that 57 percent prefer Lisa Murkowski in the 2010 Republican Senate primary. Only 33 percent would vote for Palin, John McCain's vice presidential running mate.

The margin of error is 4.4 percent.

Looks like a lot of people are concluding that she hurt McCain and the party image in the election.

The party image was in such shambles since before the election started that I saw the whole Palin deal as little more than a "Well if we're gonna lose we may as well lose in as much of a spectacularly shameful way as possible".

Palin being senator/president/vice president would be just a completely horrible idea for reasons I do not need to say.

Well, she sounds like a populist (Huckabee, for example) when she talks, so I never really liked her. She was hot though, and she caused the libs to go nuts...
