I learned as a quite young boy to not assume that what I get told was the truth, to keep my eyes ears and mind open to evidence and to then figure out for myself what is true and what is not true.
That's a good policy. It seems to be getting harder to research an issue today, even though we have the internet. Thanks to information manipulation, removing or just hiding data in obscure places is very easy to do if you control the algorithms.
Nope. Just have to use specific keywords. Also DuckDuckGo is a good search engine.
That is in part because the Tech Overlords purposefully use their power to obscure truth rather than illuminate it. Also our very corrupt and largely incompetent leadership has every incentive to not be transparent about how badly they suck least the citizens notice and care.
The internet is going downhill fast, but I am too close to death to care except for crying over America and the West dying as the New Chinese Empire is birthed. .

Increasingly not and the decision has been made to follow the Chinese model and put the internet on lockdown..... it only gets worse from here.

I do understand. I understand that Google uses search algorithm. It includes your search history. And if you use VPN, you will get different results.
