Your assumption that SCOTUS is the lone point of Trump is flawed. People wanted prosperity which he delivered where BO failed especially for minorities.
But SCOTUS and judgeships at all levels are the icing on the cake.

I notice the delusional snowflake assumption that Trump is going to somehow lose. Are there even any people who will be voting for Kamala ... or Biden ... (whichever one is the candidate for President) ... and will those numbers break into double digits?

I see Ginsburg's death as the new crisis of the moment for the Left. It too will pass. The next crisis comes in eight days when Biden debates Trump. Let's just say for sake of argument that Biden comes off as a out-of-it, can't make a complete sentence obviously has Alzheimer's guy while Trump is his usual argumentative, blowhard, bloviating and aggrandizing self.

That will replace Ginsburg as the crisis of the movement. They will roll back to Ginsburg in a week or so afterwards but they'll have to stop the hemorrhaging of support Biden has going on as people recognize he's unfit mentally for office. If that happens.

I think they're going to have a hard time keeping Biden lucid and on topic for an hour in that debate. Chris Wallace is the scheduled moderator and he's from FOX. Biden isn't going to get softball questions or let off the hook like he's used to...
