The book wasn't just about Covid. You're cherry picking this to provide cover to the corrupt administration and use Woodward as a scapegoat. Everybody in the administration who knew trump's reasons is complicit, such as his Covid czar Pence, and everybody who spoke out against trump's "handling" was excoriated.
