I have told you before, and used Ohio as an example, last time!!!!! Ohio Red State three large counties that vote almost completely blue take up the majority of the welfare money the cities are Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. So the red voters are not the ones taking, they are the ones providing!!!!!!!

The 68 counties that are poorer than Ohio's average are all white majority. All but three are 94-99% white. They are all very rural. All but 2 voted for trump. These are the Republican centers.
