BREAKING: Federal court unanimously blocks Trump’s taxes from Manhattan prosecutors

THE HILL – A federal appeals court in New York on Tuesday temporarily halted a lower court ruling that would have sped up the disclosure of President Trump’s tax returns to prosecutors in Manhattan.

The unanimous ruling by a three-judge panel of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals allows Trump to continue shielding eight years of corporate and personal tax returns while he appeals the lower court decision.

The 2nd Circuit on Tuesday also scheduled a Sept. 25 hearing over Trump’s claim that the New York grand jury subpoena seeking his tax returns is overbroad and was issued in bad faith. A federal trial judge dismissed those assertions in a lengthy opinion last month.

Tuesday’s ruling moves Manhattan prosecutors further away from obtaining Trump’s tax returns and makes the already unlikely possibility of the public seeing the documents before the November election even more remote.

No they don't. If Trump misrepresented his income or his wealth in order to secure a loan, the IRS would have no idea, but the tax returns would be evidence of that crime. You aren't the brightest bulb on the tree are you?

BULLSHIT. COURTS CANNOT "GO FISHING" FOR CRIMES, STALIN.

THEY CAN REVIEW EVIDENCE PROVIDED THEM.

4th AMENDMENT.

POLICE AND GOVERNMENT ARE PROHIBITED FROM VIOLATING A CITIZEN'S PRIVACY "BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE HIM", I THE HOPES OF "FINDING A CRIME".


HIS TAXES ARE SIGNED OFF ON BY THE IRS YEARS AGO; CYRUS VANCE IS NO FINANCIAL EXPERT.


THERE IS NO "CRIME" BEING INVESTIGATED...JUST A GLARING WITH HUNT IN THE HOPESD OF "FINDING A CRIME" = BLATANTLY UN-CONSITUTTIONAL.

 
All this could have been avoided if Trump did not lie about releasing his taxes. If he put them out like he said he would, ..no court cases. I wonder why he did not do it? Will he put them out this campaign? Wouldn't that be refreshing, the liar in chief having a spasm of honesty.
 
All of Trump's lies, crimes, and evil ways are catching up with him.

This will immediately be moved on to a higher court.

Trump is not getting by with anything.

He'll soon owe the IRS more money than he is worth!
