The most flu deaths in any year of the last ten years has been 61,000.
So far, in 8 months, we've lost three times that many to COVID, all thanks 100% to you.

The interesting thing about your stats from the CDC is the most deaths in a single week from flu is 1,626 which is a far cry from 1,250 in a day.
From 2013 to 2020 there were only 10 weeks that saw more than 1,000 deaths in a week from flu. That is less than 2 weeks a year where they average is more than 140 deaths per day. That makes Covid almost 10 times more deadly than the flu.
Even pneumonia isn't as deadly as Covid. The most deaths in a single week from pneumonia in that 7 year time period is 5,589 which is an average of less than 1,000 per day.
So, what did you think the data said? Because based on what you were responding to, it seems you can't read the data.

The problem is billions of people think so, which is why it is virtually impossible to travel as an American now.

Business travel from the USA to anywhere else has almost completely ended. There is a little travel of foreigners in America allowed to return home, but as an American businessman, I can travel almost no where outside the USA.
The world's supply chains are being reformed, and as an American, I am not invited to the meetings. I can participate virtually, but that is not the same thing.
You never heard "plague accent"? Australia had Covid-19 nearly defeated, when Americans broke quarantine and spread it again in Victoria. The world looks at us as a source of Covid-19 now.
