I'm not sure how I should take that comment about the midwest. It's not a snipe about us having issue with female leaders, is it? Here in Michigan, we've had quite a few female leaders. I'm quite happy with our female governor. Clinton lost because of the worker class jumping on Trump's train of lies. They actually thought the rich heel was going to fight for their protections rather than siding with the big businesses that were giving them the raw end of the deal.

Ehhhh, I think misogyny was the reason Clinton "lost" those states. I bet that Biden wins them all with over 50% of the vote. I guess we'll wait and see. The reality is that there isn't much daylight between Clinton and Biden, policy-wise. They're virtually the same. The only difference is one of them has a vagina.
