Using common sense, what is the difference between cooperation and collusion?

This isn't a question of 'would'. It's a question of 'could'. What is being suggested is that the President is free to kill someone and the DOJ would be powerless to do anything about it until the President was removed from office by Congress. I would suggest that is not a reasonable inference from any legal standpoint. The DOJ made the policy out of whole cloth. It needs to be modified.

The “he didn’t break the law” is old, and was always lame, an abortion doctor doesn’t break any law, so I guess that means you are alright with his action also

Never said any law was broken, rather pointing out the hypocrisy, for the right, some standards apply to others, but not themselves

Yes. I never stated whether the policy was correct or wise. I was only citing Mueller's reason for not bringing indictment against President Trump.

The GOP Senate investigation confirmed Manafort met several times with Russian agents to exchange campaign data and strategy, that the two “cooperated” to defeat Clinton and elect Trump.

According to the right, Bill Clinton meeting Loretta Lynch on an airport tarmac is collusion, or foreign nations contributing to the Clinton Foundation is collusion, beyond collusion, a whole series of colluding conspiracies, but applying their logic, how is Trump’s campaign manager directly cooperating with Russians not collusion?

I did not even realize we needed a law telling presidential candidates to not accept help from foreign adversaries.

I believe Adlai Stevenson's staff, when campaigning against Ike, were approached by Soviet operatives and told them to fuck off.

Mueller dropped the ball, either he was in over his head, or, Rosenstein was more involved than thought. Watching Mueller’s testimony it became apparent he was too focused on presenting himself as a non involved entity even though the evidence was overwhelming. It allowed billy barr and the right wing media to frame the reports conclusions

You made the claim in post#2 then later used Mueller as your source.

Nixon resigned for one reason only, to avoid felony prosecution

Mueller expected the House to impeach President Trump based on his report.

I also believe both the Bush and Gore campaigns did the same in 2000, turned evidence over to the FBI

Mueller’s big mistake was he trusted the system and Congress to do the right thing. We all learned our lesson and this revealed the flaws in our system.
