Biden was using a script so he would know what to say, when he called Kamala Harris to offer her the VP pick!

He was also holding the phone upside down.

This man is NOT coherent. He had to be told what to say by his handlers. He is not cognitively here!

Biden's mental state is fine. His cognitive abilities exceed Trump by orders of magnitude. Trump brags about being able to tell monkeys from giraffes on dementia tests.

My goal here was to make you jump hoops and train you to be diligent in seeking sources which practice professional journalistic standards, and to get you to recognize right-wing propaganda websites.

In my professional career I have had notes on about two million phone calls and phone conferences. Hyperbole aside, you are making a tepid attempt to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Your fascination with this story will not change a single vote.

I'd suggest that if Trump had taken up the practice there would have been demonstrably less treason during his administration.
