Rep power is the weight you carry in modding other people up or down. If you have a rep power of three, you can mod someone up or down three points.

Rep power is determined by the following:

One point every 365 days you've been on the site, 1 point for every 1000 posts you've had and, 1 point for every 100 rep points that you posses.

The numbers are just the total points that you have from everyone. It's like advanced grind points.

it's really not serious, it's just a number. very few people take it seriously. Except dixie who cried and cried due to the emotional stress on his vagina for not being popular around here.
