Actually, I've listened to them and they don't do what KC does. They have their say and turn it back over to others to continue the conversation. If any of those three have to be interrupted it is not on a regular basis. Not so with KC. It is every single time, without fail, it can be counted on.

Many rightys, Kellyanne is the worst, use the same technique of talking non stop through interviews. That way they control the process and do not have to answer lots of questions. It is a very annoying technique and just a way to end dialogue. Someone taught that to righty spokespersons.
