I feel the same way. (Biden could actually die before the Election, and I would still vote for him)

She never incarcerated anyone for smoking weed. The Court and the State incarcerated people for trafficking in weed.

As a former prosecutor myself, I can tell you that you have less and less discretion in those areas.
 
Purely anecdotal, I looked at my Facebook feed and my black friends were all fired up. Now there is the fact that Harris is Oakland born and Berkeley raised so there is some definite Bay pride at work here. And Biden's going to win California, by a large margin, so people here being fired up doesn't change anything.

But if there was any concern over her 'blackness' I'm not seeing it publicly discussed in my small sample size.
