I don't think Biden is a great candidate by any means - but he is at least experienced, and will appoint experienced people to important positions. His government will be competent - none of this "I alone can fix it" narcissism.

The "Washington outsider" is way too celebrated in this country. If I needed heart surgery, I'd want someone who operated on hearts for awhile.
