Well apparently the DNC thinks there is another way because the are banning the use of those things. Over 100 police agencies that were going to send personnel have pulled out because of the ban on chemical irritants. Do you think the DNC is correct to ban chemical irritants. Or do you think the police correct to want to be able to use chemical irritants if needed to control rioting..
