Sure, on the public side, but note the tone. Whatever is going on behind closed doors must be fucking awesome. Like most things with politicians, it's not what everyone is saying that matters most but what they do about it. In this case it will be the reactions after the testimony that reveals who was more on the side of justice and truth.

The left who? The Democrats are not creating any violence nor do we condone violence.

If someone destroys a federal building or any building, they should be held accountable and punished.

What the Democrats are trying to do is protect peoples rights to peacefully protest without jack-booted unofficial thugs hired by the Attorney General violating their civil rights by arresting them without probable cause.

Arrest all the looters you want, at our own recommendation, but stop harassing people who are protesting peacefully.

You Trumptards have confused the issue by lumping everyone in with the anarchists that are just there to cause trouble.

You can't just arrest protestors because they are protesting YOU!

Just because a couple of juvenile delinquents try to burn down a school after midnight, you can't blame and punish every kid that goes to school there for the attempted crimes of a couple of juvenile delinquents.

Can you pass that wisdom onto Donald Trump?

While much of that is true, ziggy is correct that some of the Democrats badgered Barr instead of letting him talk.

"Turnabout is fail play" is common, but not always the right thing to do. There are limits and the Democrats did dance along the edge there if not go over a few times.

A witness does not determine what the questioner is allowed to do. Pretty basic concept.

By our US Constitution, Trump was impeached by the House and not convicted by the Senate.
The Senate does not impeach the President.
