ACLU is Messed Up. Why are they helping Michael Cohen stay out of prison?!

Cohen was returned to federal prison in Otisville, New York. The ACLU and law firm Perry Guha LLP filed suit on his behalf.

The BOP said the claim it was retaliating was “patently false” but on Thursday a judge in New York found the federal government had acted unconstitutionally in demanding Cohen not publish if he wanted to stay out of prison, and should also refrain from talking to the press or using social media.

They don’t look at party, sexual orientation, race, or religion, it what I like about them. They defend anyone if they believe your rights have been violated.

The American justice system is a wreck, and so is the ACLU....their decline is representative of not just America's decline but too the decline of the WEST.

Do you need my help in understanding why Mr. Cohen was let out of prison? Do you need to have explained he dirty tricks your justice department was trying to get away with.
Do you need an explanation as to why the judge insisted that he be let out of prison?

Because they believe Cohen has “dirt” on Trump.

Cohen got stuck because part of a plea agreement is coming clean on all crimes. He would have had to implicate his father in law. He didn’t want to do that.

Cohen has no dirt on Trump but you can keep hoping
