The truths about Ted have been known for a long time. He was raping at a time people looked the other way, celebrities were not prosecuted for their crimes. There were mothers who threw their young daughters at celebrities.

Never heard a rap song about rapping thirteen year olds. They might exist, but I cannot imagine any President other than trump pointing to them as a sign of family values.
