They don't do ANY good. Masks simply do not stop Covid19. Neither does 6 feet or 10 feet of distance. Neither does plastic barriers at cash registers. Neither does shutting down an economy, picking and choosing arbitrarily which businesses are 'essential'.

The N95 specifications say it all. Liberals simply deny engineering. They also deny science and mathematics as well.

These are dust masks, just as a cloth mask is. They can stop dust particulates, but they cannot stop a virus.

Treatments sucked early on.

Their socialist healthcare structure was quickly overwhelmed, so many victims lacked access.

Europe wanted to move on past COVID instead of politicizing it so Europe never went into ‘hyper-testing mode’ so they didn’t pick up a lot of false positives; a lot of asymptomatics; a lot of people who were tested positive more than once *for one infection* and etc. Doing those things have the effect of forcing the death rate down.

Things are going in the wrong direction when Europe starts to look sane compared to us.

Most European countries have a death rate per million far less than the US. The only exceptions are Italy, Spain, France and Sweden. All of those countries have healthcare systems far superior to the US healthcare system. We have the lowest life expectancy and the highest cost per capita for health care of any industrialized nation. Our system sucks.
