The public transit system is awful, there are way too many cars on the road....

Instead of building outward it needs to start building upwards.....

One of the most inefficient transportation systems....All the cars are idlying half the time....

so... by building up and packing ever more people and their cars into the city the problem should be licked in no time.
 
CK seems to think Las Vegas wants to have people cruising up and down the strip in some great little quick people mover?

Dude they dont want you on the street they want you to stay in the hotel you booked and gambling.

"Hey lets go to another Hotel? Hell no its too hot and crowded out there lets just go over to the other side of the casino and find some different machines. Yeah your right!"
