I guess I should have predicted it - but I didn't really think this thread would become an exercise in conservatives really arguing against science.

One of our airline captains was also a check airman. No one liked being on a check ride with this guy. He'd spout inane but factual statements like how many rivets were on each elevator trim tab and ask similarly inane questions during a check ride. One of our older Captains quickly tired of this bullshit, turned around and said "Rich, you need to get your head out of your books and go home before somebody else starts fucking your wife."

Those who are paying attention and are also honest will tell you that science is now very corrupt, and that we should fix it, before it is too late, and that it might be already as the Maoist Mobs are working hard to Defund Stem.

Wokeism is a religion, science is a threat to that religion, so science must be hobbled.
