Burgess Owens is fantastic. I've seen a couple interviews he's done. He's smart, funny, and totally cognizant of what's going on in the political world. I know he has at least one book out, I'll have to look into that.

No one has to point out or remind us how the left is dividing this country like never before....there's nothing more obvious....

I'm pretty sure the earliest generations of Americans didn't sing a national anthem. It didn't exist yet.

But if being patriotic to you means singing a song and wearing a flag pin on your lapel while supporting a totalitarian who wants to dismantle our nation's core democratic institutions, then that's on you.

See, Oprah doesn’t count. It’s the group that counts. It doesn’t matter how many blacks or minorities *take advantage of their opportunities* as long as a few don’t and are left behind ‘and perceive they have been oppressed’ by their white overlords—then the whole country is deemed oppressive.

Fundamental transformation is called for [what the hell does that mean, anyway?] by Democrats and around we go.

So, we never actual get ‘there’ with it. The train never actually arrives at Utopia—it just keeps circling the depot.

The dirty little secret is that’s sort of the point.

"The left" isn't dividing the country. We're the patriots holding to rule of law, decency, and reason. You're the one who thinks the Cheetoh-in-Chief should be able to beg foreign nations to help him win elections.

That was before I understood it was a black religious hymn and not a parallel national anthem. Sing away. Might even sing it with them.

It's people on both sides who are dividing this nation...Just look around....posts here are "good examples" of the complete and utter lack of holding to the "law, decency and reason"...mostly from the left....
"Cheetoh-in-Chief" being one of them:laugh:
It's more obvious in real life, though....this country is in shambles....it's pretty sad isn't ?
