It is not self defense using lethal force against a taser, and a taser that couldn't work, to boot. Shooting anyone in the back is about as low as you can get, and then shouting out "I got em"

Wrong. A taser can incapacitate you, leaving you vulnerable to attack and death. Perp could grab your gun and kill you.

Cops don't have to stand their and allow themselves to be tased and incapacitated. That is a risk they cannot take.

You are so pathetically wrong again my dear, there is a failsafe devise that activates once the taser leaves the possession of a police officer. No one but that officer could use it, and of course the officer knew that

And perhaps he should receive the death penalty- you take a life- you forfeit your own!

We are talking about a racist who walked over to the man dying from his bullet and kicked him as hard as he could, and then took victory by standing on the victim for over a minute while he laid there bleeding to death. He did not render any aid to the shooting victim.

There's no evidence it was murder. I have defended non whites for self defense.

Why is identity politics the only thing you lefties care about?

The reason why one of the police officers Body Cams was not shown on the air to the public, was because of the actions the murdering cop took after he shot the man. As the man lie there dying from the bullet wounds, the officer walks over to the body and kicks him in the ribs as hard as he could. AND THEN STEPPED UP ON THE VICTIM"S BACK and stood there with both feet, for over a minute, as if the dead man was some kind of trophy KILL!
