I do not believe that Russia is part of the Chinese Empire, whatever that is to mean....

@ some point down the road they could become a vassal, as well the rest of the planet for the most part..........

They are playing each other, just as we have done them......

How India is going to fit in here will be very interesting though.........

Whatever that means..... I think I have a pretty good understanding, far more than most here........

There are a few others here that have some pretty healthy & informative insight into china, China~Russia & enjoy reading their opinions, eventhough I may not agree w/ their conclusions.........

China is in charge now and Russia knows it, Russia now follows China....this is what you admit to not knowing...

Whether you understand that they are clear eyed that from this point they go forwards together to defeat the West and create a new world order is a likely no.

Yeah, that must be why he gave them a huge tax cut and slashed regulation to make them more money. It could be why he gave them immediate first crack at the Corona cash and will not tell us how much they got and who did. Trump walked into Mira Lago and announced" I made you all a lot richer' How wrong can a person be?
