Word on the street is.......

Antifa going bye bye. POTUS to list as terror organization, by executive order if need be. This is good news. Hunt those scum down like the dogs they are and put them to sleep.....

Indeed.

Martial Law, if needed.

The first responsibility of government is to protect its citizens.

At the time he was killed, he would be considered a fleeing felon. No longer posing a physical threat. He was chased for about 60 yards. The cop can run after him and chase him down for that distance, but can’t retreat?

Nope, sorry. Shitty cop, shitty training, shitty judgement. Shitty outcome.

Why should a cop retreat from a criminal?

In order to avoid a needless death.

The onus of avoidance of a needless death is on the thug who was running from, then turned to attack a duly sworn law enforcement officer in the performance of his duty.

There is no requirement, neither legally nor morally, for a police officer to retreat from a criminal, suspected or known, who is trying to evade arrest.

AAMOF, it is the responsibility of the officer to use all reasonable means to pursue and capture the suspect, and if necessary to protect himself or the public, utilize deadly force.

When Brown turned around and moved towards the officer in a threatening manner, he opened the door to his own demise.

If you refuse to accept that, it's your problem and you're the one who has to live in misery over it.

Enjoy.

Brown assaulted Wilson, that changed the entire picture. Wilson had every reason to consider him dangerous and not take any chances. Chauvin had no reason whatsoever to consider Floyd dangerous, he was cuffed behind his back flat on his belly and Chauvin proceeded to kill him. Even after begging for relief. There is NO comparison between Brown and Floyd.

Yes, they were both black and deserving death.

oh gawddddddd how awful.

wait.....how do you know, exactly?

wait.........so they are doing all the looting riots and violence?

Look it up you stupid cunt. Seriously. Consider killing yourself or get out on the streets and let someone do it for you.

I didn’t say there was any requirement to retreat to safety. Merely good judgement. He can chase a fat kid 60 yards, but can’t evade him? :rofl2:

Trump has no authority to name a domestic group as a terrorist group. His power for that is limited to foreign groups. Trump is making noise and rightys cannot help listening. Who is Antifa? Who leads them? How are the members designated and what roles do they have? What is their structure? Antifa is no group ,no organization, and of no consequence. But rightys need their boogieman so badly.

Yes very simple, you allow cops like Chauvin on your force you are likely to have your police station burned to the ground.

And then rebuilt like nothing ever happened. And the beat goes on......... The beat goes on....

DOJ made the same determination the grand jury did.

Once again, dimwit. Wilson was never tried. Wilson was never charged.

That changes nothing in my claim. Shitty training. Shitty cop. Shitty decision. Shitty outcome.

And if the DOJ and the grand jury made the same determination, then that should tell you that a trial had no merit.

Yes, they were both black and deserving death.

If you think it's a race thing, how come no one cared when Tony Timpa died in almost the exact same way as George Floyd? If anything, the riots for Floyd suggest that black lives apparently matter more than white ones.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/nati...onsciousness-handcuffs-minutes-later-he-died/

At first, the officers in the Timpa incident were charged, but then they were dismissed. There were no riots, very little media coverage, and the world went about its business.

One cocaine addict who passed around counterfeit money dies, and suddenly, you have the media, sports stars, actors, and various other people making a huge deal about it. We've got riots all over the place.

So, if it is a race thing, it's that we only care if a black guy suffers this fate.

If you are not a racist why keep complaining?

Except thats bullshit. Of course its covered on local news just like the shootings in chicago but this one lead to civil unrest leading to more news and then a city on fire that lead to national news. Your blaming media is very weak.

And the fact that the Tony Timpa incident did not result in riots and did not receive a huge amount of media coverage either shows that I'm right. Timpa's situation was just as bad as Floyd's, but few people even heard about it. Had the news made a big deal out of it, riots probably would have occurred.

Granted, it's unlikely that Timpa's situation would have garnered as much attention from celebrities, particularly sports stars, since he was white.
