Two Types of Cops

There are two types of cops, that are killing blacks, one is a thug cop who killed Mr. Floyd the other is a Barney Fife type who killed Mr. Castile. The Barney Fife types are the most dangerous, because they are scared and cowardly. I can give many more examples of these to types of cops too?!! I'm just using cases in Minnesota. As I said in the pass, 30% of all law enforcement personnel from the DOJ down to Barney Fife, have no business in law enforcement, they lack, courage, tact, empathy, common sense, integrity, honesty and open mindedness and diversity?!! I could go on, but you should get the point?!!
