Nazi police have this effect. If you want a proper police State, get proper police and a less senile President. If you prefer democracy, abolish the present police force and start again, without the bang-bangs or the racism (probably have to use foreigners at first).

When a person decides to riot, burn and steal cell phones and TV's, that person is responsible, no one else.
The left justifies the anarchy and blame it on the action of a white police officer killing a black person. Does that mean that when a black police officer kills a white citizen, the whites are justified for rioting, stealing and burning?

to be fair, there are a lot of outside elements that are probably causing most of the problems
that is what happened in New Orleans after Katrina, and Ferguson and other places. It isn't always just the local residents.

Let's look at what else he had to say about violence and riots:
