Comes down to a balancing test, which is more important, one person’s right to go about his business as he sees fit, or, another person’s right to be protected from a deadly virus that spreads with others going about their business as they see fit.

As we’ve seen from history, no right is absolute, the Governor’s places more emphasis on public health over personal freedom
 
This is a health issue. If you're confined to bed , in a hospital, you're hardly under ' police state ' conditions, are you.

So you think you have a right to be protected from a virus at any cost to others? Forced quarantines? Even for illegal alien kids? Even if it means separating kids from parents?

therefore, those individuals that refuse to cooperate with contact tracers and/or refuse testing, those individuals will
not be allowed to leave their homes to purchase basic necessities such as groceries and/or prescriptions.
Those persons will need to make arrangements through friends, family, or a state provided ‘family support personnel.’

They're pretty stupid, but not that stupid. They don't give a shit about any of it. It makes sense even to them. They just want to make this a divisive issue, as trump always needs an enemy. Without an enemy, the spotlight is squarely on him.

That used to be the only reason for temporary quarantine for all immigrants crossing the border. Now it's just trump's Nazi fantasy. If you test positive, then you should quarantine yourself willingly. If you choose not to, then you should be forced to. Do you think anyone who tests positive will be allowed near trump?

I didn't think so.

If it helps you to feel better about it, just think back to what you felt about those who tested positive for H.I.V
